  • How do I become a vendor?

    Please fill out the vendor form linked on our home page. Once that is done you will be automatically added to our vendor list and will receive emails/updates regarding upcoming markets. PLEASE ONLY FILL OUT THE FORM ONCE & PLEASE ONLY PURCHASE VENDING SPOTS W/ THE SAME EMAIL YOU PUT ON THE FORM!

  • How big is a vending spot?

    Vending spots range from 8’x6’ to 10’x10’ and can fit a standard canopy tent if it is an outdoor market

  • Do you have tables/chairs/tents for rent?

    Yes but we prefer if you bring your own! Tables cost $10 to rent, chairs $5 and tents $15. You must let us know you wish to rent one 48 hours BEFORE the event as we are limited to what we bring on site. Purchase items by Venmoing @stephirwin. Include your vendor name & the date of the market rental.

  • Are dogs allowed at the market?

    Yes - all markets are dog friendly unless specificaly stated otherwise

  • When do we load in?

    Load-in typically takes place 2 hours before the market begins. Load-in details will be sent before the market to all vendors who purchase a vending spot. Now + Then team members will be present to help load in. If you load in once the event has begun, our team may be unavailable to help as we have other responsibilities during the market. If you load in before we are on site we are not able to help you and appreciate if you dont call until we are on site.

  • Can I have power at my booth?

    Power is not provided unless requested. We do our best to honor all vendor requests. For power requests, email stephirwin@grombacher.com at least 72 hours in advance for the best chance of accommodation.

  • How much is it to vend at a market?

    A vending spot is $80 and is available to purchase on our website. Linked here

  • What is your refund policy?

    We take refund requests for vendor spots up to 48 hours before a market. If you are a no call/ no show you will be removed from our vendor list. If you call out day of we can not offer you a refund.

  • Why did I get a refund without a request?

    If we refund you without a request, it is most likely because we do not recognize your vendor name. Therefore, you did not fill out the vendor form or answer our emails. Every vendor that fills out the vendor form is automatically added to the vendor list. You MUST use the same email in the Ticketleap AND vendor form.

  • Why am I not getting email updates? / Are there spots left?

    We only use the email you filled out the form with for contact purposes. If you purchase a ticket with a different email, we will not recognize you as a vendor. Every vendor who fills out the vendor form will receive email updates regarding the markets. If you do not, it is most likely because the spots are full. If you are unsure if spots are still available, check Ticketleap or Calendly!

  • Can I vend next to a friend?

    We do our best to meet any requests from vendors. Email stephirwin@grombacher.com directly requesting to place you and a friend together and we will do our best to accomodate. The earlier you let us know the better! We can only accomodate placing you next to 1 friend…not 2 or more.

  • Can I share a spot with a friend? / Can I give my spot to a friend?

    We prefer that you go directly through us to adjust your spot because we do our best to place vendors with differing merchandise next to eachother. Email stephirwin@grombacher.com with your request and make sure the friend has filled out the vendor form so we can email them all the necessary information.
