I signed up to vend, now what?

Thanks for signing up to vend with us! We will be sending you a poster for the market to share on social media shortly! Closer to the market date you will get an email to the address you provided with load-in details and a map/ vendor spot number list.

How many dates can I sign up to vend?

Each vintage vendor can only sign up and sell at one Sunday market per month. Vending at other N+T Markets (not on Martha street) is of course still allowed and NOT included in this restriction. Limiting vendors to joining us on Martha Street to once a month allows us to advertise a variety of vendors each month, keeping things new and exciting for regular shoppers.

Is the market indoors or outdoors?

Each market will take place inside & outside (except the December/ cold ones which are inside only)

How many vendors are there per market

35 vendor spots are available per market, vendors are placed inside & outside so if you have a preference please let us know when signing up! We do our best to accommodate all preferences

What size are the vendor spots?

Spots vary by location, approx 10x10 outside & 8x8 inside.

What if I can no longer make the market?

Spots are not refundable for this market. Spots can be transferred to another Sunday date during a future month within 72 hours advance notice of you booked market date via email (stephirwin@grombacher.com).

What if the market date is full?

We have a small waitlist available for each Sunday market. Email stephirwin@grombacher.com with the date you are interested in and we will add you to the waitlist. You will be contacted if someone drops out of the market date of your choosing.

Do you rent tables, chairs, tents?

Yes! If you selected you are interested in renting a table, chair, or tent when booking your spot we will reach out to you via email before the market date. Chairs cost $5 each, Tables $10, & Tents $15. Rental fees must be paid via Venmo to @stephirwin at least 72 hours before the market. We can not accommodate last minute rentals.

Can I request to vend next to my friend?

Yes! Just let us know ASAP after both of y’all have booked and we will do our best to place you next to each other :)
